Health Concerns
Although no vaccinations are required for a trip to China(except for those who have travelled from an infected area), it is advisable to see a health-care provider at least 4–6 weeks before your trip to allow time to ensure your vaccines take effect and to start take medicines. If you have less than 4 weeks left, you may also have a check with a health-care provider to take precautions to protect you from illness while traveling. What to pack when travelling with children?
If you are traveling with babies and toddlers, the diaper bag is a must. Although most stuffs required could be found in top-end supermarkets or malls in big cities of China, you may also pack a few if particular brands are required. The diaper bag is mostly stocked with infant formula, feeding bottles and diapers, a sling to hold your baby, medical record, finger foods ad etc.

What to leave behind.
A). You may not bring anything irreplaceable and precious with you.
B). You may not bring any cards that are unnecessary for your tour, such as library card, social security card and etc.
C). Send your family a copy of your itinerary and contact information of the travel service with which you booked the tour. Your family may need to contact you under certain circumstances.
How to pack for China trip?
Keep the heavy things towards the bottom of your pack, put the lighter stuff and things you'll need soonest nearer the top.
Put a card with your name, address and contact phone numbers inside and outside of each piece of your luggage in the event it's lost.
Chinese currency
China's currency is the Renminbi(RMB), called as Yuan or Kuai in Mandarin.
Most currencies can be easily changed in major cities and towns, but not in some remote places. And US dollars are still the easiest to exchange. It may be better to consult with your bank to find out which is the most appropriate currency to carry and whether your ATM card will work overseas.

Electric Power in the China.
Electric power in China is set at 220 Volt and 50 cycles.
If you bring any electrical appliance to China, you may need a power converter to change the voltage. Meanwhile, we suggest to check your electrical equipment for compatibility with 50-cycle current before you bring it to China.
